The Life Cycle of Women: Daring to Become Dangerous

In this workshop, we’ll discover what it means to be a ‘dangerous woman’ and explore what our inner dangerous woman looks like, along with the gifts she holds. We’ll draw on insights from astrology, history, culture, and myth to explore the development of women and how we can harness our powerful gifts to become more effective in our lives.
Guided by the myth of Ceres and the astrological Life Clock, Faye will walk us through the different life phases shaped by biology and rites of passage. We’ll reflect on where we are now and what comes next.
In a world filled with masculine power, there’s a pressing need for women and wise feminine energy to bring balance. To do this, we need to embrace our ‘dangerous’ sides.
So, what makes a woman dangerous? Women who defy societal expectations often face judgment—not just from men but from other women as well. This pressure can lead us to suppress parts of ourselves, which can impact our relationships, work life, and even our physical health.
This session is designed to help you become more conscious of what it means to be a woman in these changing times. You’ll identify limiting beliefs and open up to new choices. While the techniques can be followed without prior astrological knowledge, having a familiarity with planetary archetypes will add depth to your experience.
We welcome everyone to join us—men, your support is invaluable as we strive for balance in the world!

Integrity + Intuition: Fall Retreat!

By rooting down into our deepest knowing's we begin to rise towards our highest potential.
The weekend will feature experiences through integrative breathwork, herbalism, somatic practices, contemplation and art therapy.
Integrative Breathwork is a form of facilitated breathing that helps gently and intentionally alter consciousness in an adaptable and accessible way. This modality weaves together breath, energetics, therapeutic touch, movement with trauma informed perspectives to allow for a subtle yet impactful method of exploring our inner most experiences.
Your facilitators are experienced therapists who regularly work with neurodivergence, chronic medical conditions, post traumatic experiences and those needing a sensitive and practical approach to introspective practices. Our emphasis is on ensuring each participant stays within their capacity for experiencing presence and integrating each experience well. This is not your typical breathwork, nor is it meant to force the release of cathartic processing where an individual is not adequately prepared for that journey.
Each day will include uniquely crafted herbal tea intuitive designed for the group, space for personal contemplation and expertly, adaptive facilitation methods that are appropriate for those returning to resiliency after trauma, those fostering their intuitive, sensitive selves, and those seeking a more connected and intentional way to relate to themselves and others. Each participant will be presented with mindful opportunities to meet themselves in new and evolving ways while developing a meaningful relationship to their inner beings and environments.
This event is safe for anyone who is curious and interested in meaningful relationship dynamics and connection to self through body based methods. If you are experiencing acute medical conditions that are not well managed, please contact the organizer to ensure this is the right event for you.
This is not an overnight event, attendees are responsible for their own accomodations. Light meals, snacks and teas will be provided throughout our time together, outside of retreat hours attendees are responsible for their own meals.
